When shopping for a new towel rack for our bathroom, my wife ran across this coat rack and decided to try it as a towel rack. Our shower curtain has trees printed on it and this coat rack looks remarkably similar to the trees on the curtain, so the combination in our bathroom is pretty cool looking and a nice change from the traditional horizontal bathroom towel racks. This rack is very easy to assemble, is sturdy, nicely designed, and looks great. Highly recommended (as a towel rack, at least).Easy to put together! I didn't expect much yet was pleasantly surprised to have the item arrive quickly, well packaged and even easy to assemble. I put it together with the picture instructions that were pretty decent in about 10 minutes and liked how heavy and study it is for such a skinny tree. I bought it because it takes up less space than other trees and wasn't too expensive. I wanted somewhere to hang "odds and ends" (sweatshirts, scarves, outfit for the next day, PJs) in my walk -in closet since I have no wall space for hooks. I was piling things on a chair. If I had a treadmill they would have gone there. You get the picture. No fun. Overall it works great, it's good quality, and most of all, it does the job well. Feels good to be more organized and not have to sift through annoying piles to find my comfy sweats. I'm enjoying all the different ways I can use it since it has multiple hooks that don't overlap each other and hide the things underneath.This looks nice in my place and definitely helps since I have limited space. The only thing is that if it’s not balanced, it may fall over. So you just gotta add stuff to both sides around equal weight, which isn’t a problem because I have lots of stuff lolI first purchased this almost a year ago, and it has been great for holding bag, scarves, and other light items. It becomes a bit wobbly when you put too many things on it. Since I like the product, I tried to purchase another one a year later, but the second time I purchased it the brown wood at the bottom snapped and was rendered unusable. Amazon was able to refund this for me.I would suggest not placing too many things on it. I currently have my original one holding a few bags and light jackets, but I have noticed that the base tends to get loose, so you will need to make sure it is put together tightly to avoid any issues.There were no assembly instructions! I had a hard time figuring out how to put the bottom together and I still don't think I got it tight enough. But it works, everyone from age 4 up uses it easily, it holds lots of jackets, but I am careful about putting heavy coats on it Overall I really like it.
