Seems very well made, feels particularly sturdy, and looks very nice. The batting is extremely thin, however, so it provides very little insulation.It is a bit stiff, the instructions say that it gets softer after a wash, but I didn't notice much a change (though I don't use fabric softener), however I've always thought quilts should be a bit stiff, so I wouldn't consider that to be a negative.
